Anne Sterner

Anne Sterner is currently working as the Chief Growth Officer at Tential Solutions since May 2023. Previously, they held the position of Senior Vice President, digital + technology at Experis from July 2021 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for a $300M+ P&L and a team of 175+ employees. Anne successfully integrated the NTT DATA Staffing Business into ettain group ($750M) and then into Experis ($1.7B), overseeing two reorganizations within six months.

Before that, Anne worked at NTT DATA Services from November 2020 to July 2021 as the Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Staffing Business. Anne managed the NTT DATA Services IT Staffing Business in North America and led its divestiture to ettain group. From October 2012 to November 2020, they served as the Vice President of Sales, leading a high-performing team of 25 National Sales Directors and Executives to exceed $100+ million-dollar targets.

Prior to joining NTT DATA Services, Anne worked at Sungard Availability Services as the Vice President, IT Application Development, and Senior Director, IT Application Development, from 2003 to 2011. At Colorcon, they held roles such as Global Commercial Systems e-Business Manager, CRM IT Project Manager, and IT Business Analyst from 1998 to 2003. Anne also worked as an HRIS Manager at LandAmerica Commonwealth from 1996 to 1998.

Anne Sterner attended Cabrini University from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Anne has also received additional certifications, including being an Executive Leadership Institute Alumni from KPMG in 2013 and obtaining a SCRUM Certification from Penn State University in 2009.
