Previously, Florian held various roles at SV Group, including Team Lead HR Recruiting DACH and Recruiter & HR Marketing Specialist, focusing on recruitment and HR marketing strategies in the DACH region. With a background in IT infrastructure and project governance from Swisscom AG, Florian also served as a Consultant and Team Leader at TechSearch AG. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and several certifications in HR and digitalization.
