Geraldine Sandra Sebastian has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Geraldine Sandra started their career at AIESEC as the President for AIESEC in Malaysia from 2007 to 2008. Geraldine Sandra then joined Leaderonomics in 2008, where they held multiple roles including Youth Programs Lead Coordinator, Entrepreneurship Business Lead, Strategic Project Analyst, and Talent Accelerator Manager. In 2014, Geraldine worked at Leaderonomics as a Content Development intern. Since 2015, they have been employed at Tenzing Limited, starting as a Consultant and progressing to Manager, Senior Manager, and currently serving as the Head of Change Management.

Geraldine Sandra Sebastian completed their education with a Master's Degree in Managerial Psychology from HELP University, from the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry from Universiti Malaya, spanning from 2003 to 2006.
