Laura Meaden

Laura Meaden is an experienced acquisition director currently serving at Tenzing since September 2022. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of director at Houlihan Lokey from December 2021 to August 2022 and spent nearly a decade at GCA Altium as both director and vice president from January 2012 to December 2021. Laura's expertise encompasses sellside and buyside M&A advisory, strategic and financial modeling, and legal and financial document review, with a sector focus in eCommerce, consumer and leisure, and media. Earlier in Laura’s career, experience as an associate at Tri-Artisan Partners included buyside M&A advisory for private equity, financial and strategic modeling, and sector coverage in property, logistics, services, consumer, and media. Laura Meaden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maths from the University of Leeds and completed Mathematics and Physics A-Levels at Withington Girls' School.
