Monojit Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monojit started their career in 2006 as a Sr. Associate at Wipro BPO, where they excelled in addressing customer concerns and meeting sales targets. In 2010, they took on the role of Sr. HR Executive - Talent Acquisition at Wipro BPO, where they were responsible for hiring across various locations and generating candidate pools. In 2013, they became Assistant Manager - Compliance and Benefits at C-Quel Management Services Pvt. Ltd, where they managed a team and catered to statutory compliance requirements. In 2014, they joined Glocal Knowledge & Skills Integration Systems Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources, where they introduced automation of HR services and streamlined HR efficiencies. Their most recent role, starting in 2016, is as Lead HR at TEOCO, where they have focused on improving operational processes in the HR department.

Monojit Gupta completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource (HR) from Bhavan's Institute of Management Science from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an ISC degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's Institution from 2001 to 2003.
