Minna Ylikauma

Minna Ylikauma serves as a Project Development Manager at Teosto since March 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Operations Manager at Apple and Head of Catalogue & Classical Database at Primephonic. At Primephonic, Minna managed a team of data scientists and classical music experts to develop a comprehensive classical music database and led the establishment of a data-driven culture. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Gracenote, directing European music editing teams and overseeing editorial workflows. Minna holds a Master of Philosophy in Musicology from the University of Jyväskylä, complemented by degrees in Music and Culture from JAMK University of Applied Sciences and an International Music Management program through Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Minna has significant freelance experience as a musician and music educator.
