Mounia H.

Mounia H. has an extensive work experience in the medical and scientific field. Mounia has recently been appointed as the Head of Medical Education at Teoxane Laboratories since July 2023. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2023, they held various roles at EASL | The Home of Hepatology, including Head of Education and Science, Education Manager and Scientific Advisor, and Science and Education Coordinator. Mounia also served as the Scientific Activities Manager at Skin Science Foundation from 2019 to 2020. Mounia H. has experience as a Scientific Communications Officer at Fondation Suisse contre le Cancer du Foie and Swiss NASH Foundation from 2019 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Editorial Coordinator at JOURNAL OF HEPATOLOGY in 2015 and as a Research Scientist at Hopitaux Universitaires de Genève from 2010 to 2015. Mounia began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Geneva from 2004 to 2010.

Mounia H. began their education in 1992 at Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène', where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in 1994. Mounia then continued their studies at Université Paris Cité, completing a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from 1994 to 1996. Following this, Mounia H. pursued a Master's degree in Biochemistry at Université Paris Cité from 1996 to 1997. Finally, Mounia H. attended Stockholm University from 1998 to 2003, where they successfully earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Biochemistry.
