Sebastien Carnel

Sebastien Carnel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Sebastien currently serves as the Global Head of IT at Teoxane Laboratories, where they lead the IT team in implementing strategies for excellence, innovation, and independence. Sebastien is responsible for driving the company's ERP scale-up, focusing on finance and end-to-end supply, as well as managing IT security, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.

Prior to their current role, Sebastien worked at Takeda in various leadership positions. Sebastien was the Head of Data Service Engagement, overseeing operational, tactical, and strategic aspects across the company. Sebastien also served as the Head of Digital Transformation, where they focused on introducing new and scalable technologies to deliver value to patients. Additionally, they held the position of Global Head of IT Manufacturing and Global Head of Manufacturing Systems, ensuring smooth transitions and synchronization of global and local operations.

Sebastien previously worked at Sanofi, where they held several director-level positions. Sebastien led the Information Systems department for the global vaccine industry and the APAC region, focusing on project leadership, compliance, and infrastructure baseline. Sebastien also served as the Asia Pacific Senior Program Manager and IS EDM Head, responsible for data management and global data warehouse operations.

Before joining Sanofi, Sebastien worked at BASF IT SERVICES as an SAP Expert and at ALTI as an SAP Consultant.
