Adam Harvey

Adam Harvey, PE, PMP has extensive experience in program and project management, specializing in environmental engineering and facility management. Adam currently serves as a Program Manager at Tepa Companies. Prior to that, they worked at AECOM as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple building and site design projects for various government agencies. Adam also held the position of Senior Engineer/Project Manager at Cardno, where they provided leadership on asset management, facility condition assessment projects, and design/build projects. Before joining Cardno, Adam served as the Director and Vice President of Program Management at EM-Assist/Cardno EM-Assist, where they established and maintained project management methodologies for the division. Adam also has extensive experience in the military, having served as a Commander in the US Navy Reserve and a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Adam's diverse background includes roles as a Senior Environmental Engineer at URS Corporation and as a Nuclear Safety Regulatory Liaison/Steam Plant Manager at EG&G Technical Services. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing complex projects in both the public and private sectors.

Adam Harvey, PE, PMP has a strong educational background in engineering and environmental science. Adam obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines in 1986. Following this, they pursued further education and received their MS degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the same institution in 1995.

In addition to their academic achievements, Adam also received specialized training in naval nuclear power. In 1987, they attended the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC), where they obtained an Officer Naval Nuclear Power Certificate. This training focused on the theory and operations of nuclear power structures.

Adam further enhanced their career by attending the US Naval Officer Candidate School in 1987, where they earned their commission as a US Navy Officer. This experience prepared him for leadership roles within the Navy.

Aside from their education, Adam holds two significant certifications. Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California, indicating their expertise and qualification in engineering practices. Additionally, they are a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute.
