Christopher Glotzbach

Christopher Glotzbach, LEED AP, MBA has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting with their current position, they serve as the Regional Manager at Tepa Companies since May 2023, where they are responsible for managing regional operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Construction Project Manager at Tepa Companies from October 2020 to May 2023.

Before joining Tepa Companies, Christopher was employed at KONE as a Project Manager II from September 2015 to October 2020, where they managed and executed projects. In the same year, they briefly worked as a Project Manager at Sky Blue Builders, LLC from February 2015 to September 2015.

Christopher's project management experience extends further back in their career. From November 2009 to January 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Poole Fire Protection, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing projects in the fire protection industry.

Prior to that, Christopher gained financial analysis experience as a Financial Analyst - Facilities at YRC Worldwide, Inc. from May 2007 to March 2009.

Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Project Manager at T-Mobile from April 2003 to March 2007, and as a Commercial Loan Administrator at PNC from September 2002 to April 2003.

Christopher began their career in internships at AT&T. As a Student Manager - Engineering Management Intern, they worked from May 2001 to August 2001. Christopher also served as a Student Manager - Marketing Management Intern at AT&T from May 2000 to August 2000.

With their extensive experience in project management, construction, financial analysis, and regional operations, Christopher Glotzbach brings a well-rounded skill set to their professional endeavors.

Christopher Glotzbach, LEED AP, MBA, received their education in a chronological order. Christopher pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Kansas State University from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they attended Rockhurst University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Corporate Finance. Christopher furthered their education by enrolling in The University of Kansas from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Master of Construction Management (M.C.M) with a concentration in Construction Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Christopher Glotzbach has also earned several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Christopher completed the LEED AP certification from the Green Building Certification Institute in March 2009. Christopher also acquired the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Qualified certification from OSHA in December 2009. In February 2010 and again in February 2013, they completed the Construction Estimating Academy program offered by The Builders' Association (AGC) and the American Society of Professional Estimators (Heartland Chapter).

Christopher Glotzbach continued their commitment to professional growth and certification by completing the U.S. DOT Bonding Education Program offered by the United States Department of Transportation and The Surety & Fidelity Association of America in March 2012. Their most recent certification, acquired in November 2020, is the Construction Quality Management for Contractors - #784 certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
