Jason Alphonso has a strong background in engineering and project management. Jason currently holds the position of Program Manager at Tepa Companies, where they oversee operations management, team building, engineering, and business development. Prior to this, they worked at Wood as the Orlando Branch Manager and Facilities Org Manager, where they focused on operations management and revenue generation. Jason also held various engineering and project management roles at Wood, where they successfully managed large-scale MEP retrofit federal projects. Before joining Wood, Jason worked at EMCOR Facilities Services as a Mechanical Engineer/Manager, where they developed and sold energy retrofit projects. Jason began their career in project engineering roles, where they gained experience in engineering design, client relations, and project management. Jason Alphonso holds a P.E. and PMP certification.

Jason Alphonso, P.E., PMP holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Jason obtained their Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Florida in 2008. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Mechanical Contractor (CMC) certification from the State of Florida. Jason also holds the Operations and Performance Management Professional (OPMP) certification from ASHRAE, obtained in 2014. In 2020, they obtained the Certified Mold-Related Services Assessor (MRSA) certification from the State of Florida.
