Jill Miller has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jill most recently worked at Tepa Companies as a Senior Business Development Manager starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at AECOM, where they held various roles. From October 2018 to August 2019, they were a National Government Project Management Associate, supporting a program management team on water infrastructure projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. From August 2017 to October 2018, they were a Program/Project Growth and Strategy Analyst in the Water Business Unit, contributing to strategic planning, client engagement, and win strategies. From January 2007 to August 2017, they served as the Marketing Manager for the Water Business Unit, leading a four-person marketing team and managing all proposal development and marketing deliverables. Before AECOM, they worked at Nordby Companies as a Marketing & Business Development Manager, where they developed proposals and marketing materials for construction projects. Their earliest role was at Nova Group, Inc., where they served as a Marketing & Proposal Manager from August 2002 to January 2006, and was responsible for preparing proposals and managing corporate communications.
Jill Miller completed their Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science & Management at the University of California, Davis from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Saint Mary's College of California from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their educational background, Jill also obtained certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council in June 2009 and as a URS Certified Project Manager from URS Corporation in May 2009.
