Noelle Simmons

Noelle Simmons, SHRM-SCP, THRP has a diverse work experience in HR and finance roles. Noelle began their career as an intern at 360 Architecture in 2002. Noelle then joined HOK in 2005, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Accounting Coordinator. In 2013, they transitioned to a primary finance role at HOK but continued to support HR and training functions. Noelle joined McClure Engineering Company in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for a wide range of HR functions including benefits administration, compensation analysis, and compliance. Noelle later became the Human Resources Officer, managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Noelle joined Tepa, LLC in 2019 as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Director of Corporate Human Resources in August 2020.

Noelle Simmons, SHRM-SCP, THRP, has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baker University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Music Education degree in K-12 Music Education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2001 and 2005. In terms of certifications, Noelle obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2019, followed by the Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) certification from the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA) in March 2021. Most recently, they obtained the SHRM California Law HR Specialty certification from SHRM in January 2022. These qualifications and certifications highlight Noelle's diverse educational background and expertise in both business administration and human resources.
