Sheri Kay

Sheri Kay is a highly experienced payroll operations executive with a strong background in managing corporate payroll functions for large organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Payroll Operations at Tepa Companies since March 2022, Sheri previously held the position of Americas Payroll Director at Cardno, where responsibilities included overseeing a payroll team that supported two thousand US employees and managing significant projects such as the in-house tax transition from ADP and the conversion of eight FEINs onto the Americas Payroll. Prior roles included HRIS Manager and Global Payroll Operations Manager at CH2M, where Sheri led teams responsible for payroll processing for over fourteen thousand employees across the US and Canada. Early career experiences include positions at Intrawest and Child Diagnostics Inc. Sheri holds degrees from Colorado State University Pueblo and the University of Northern Colorado.
