Garland Maughan

Garland Maughan is an experienced professional in maintenance planning and coordination, currently serving as the Lead Maintenance Planner at Enterprise Products since December 2022 and as the TAR Execution Coordinator/Planner at TEPCO Solutions since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Commissioning Coordinator and Start-Up Superintendent at Worley, and Planner/Mechanical Coordinator at ROWC Energy Services, where responsibilities involved project leadership, construction punch list management, and field installation work package development. Garland has also held positions at Turner Industries, KBR, The Shaw Group, Jacobs Engineering, and Belmont Constructors, gaining extensive expertise in planning, execution coordination, and quality assurance throughout various phases of construction and maintenance projects. Additionally, Garland served as a Military Personnel Administration Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1989 to 1997 and completed education at College of the Mainland.
