Masi Lehtisalo

Masi Lehtisalo is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in telecommunications engineering. Currently serving as Head of Operations at TEPCOMP since January 2023, Masi previously held the position of Purchasing Manager at Mariachi Oy from May 2017 to December 2022. Masi's earlier roles include Engineering Lead at Microsoft, where coordination of R&D efforts for inbox accessories was essential, and extensive experience as a Product Program Manager at both Microsoft and Nokia, focusing on the production of accessories and leading multiple projects. Masi's career began at Nokia Display Products Oy with roles from Project Manager to Monitor Repairer, and includes service as a United Nations Peacekeeper. Masi holds an Engineering Technician degree from Turku Technical School and an Electronics Mechanic degree from Salo Vocational School.
