David Alejandro Tavares

David Alejandro Tavares has extensive experience in character animation, with a strong focus on senior roles. David Alejandro began their career as a Character Animator at Revolution System Games in 2013, followed by a Junior Character Animator role at Blue-Zoo Productions. David Alejandro then joined Gameloft as a Character Animator, before moving to Giant Animation for a short-term Character Animator position. David Alejandro continued their career at Lightbox Entertainment as a Junior Character Animator and subsequently returned to Gameloft for another Character Animator role. In 2015, they joined Ubisoft as a Senior Character Animator and later transitioned to a similar role at Outfit7. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Character Animator at Tequila Works. In addition to their animation work, David also worked as a Tutor at Animum Creativity Advanced School.

David Alejandro Tavares attended Pepe School Land from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Animation. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in 3D Animation at CICE in Madrid, Spain. This program was partially funded by Ibermedia, covering 77% of the course costs. Before their Master's degree, from 2006 to 2009, David studied Drawing and 2D Animation at ESDIP, the Superior School of Professional Drawing in Madrid, Spain. Additionally, from 2000 to 2002, they started studying Musical Composition with Electroacoustic Media at Universidad Nacional de Quilmes in Buenos Aires, Argentina. However, they did not complete the program and only completed two years out of the four-year degree.
