Julia Jedlicka is the Head of Corporate Development at TER Chemicals Distribution Group, where Julia manages strategic projects in collaboration with the CEO. Prior to this, Julia worked at Pawlik Consultants GmbH as a Business Development Manager, Consultant in Organizational Development, and Project Leader in Personal Development. Julia also has experience as a Senior Staffing Analyst and Project Manager at axialent. Julia began their career in the hospitality industry with apprenticeships at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and later worked in various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc and Steigenberger Hotels AG. Julia attended Staatliche Gewerbeschule Gastronomie und Ernährung Hamburg for their education.
