Roberto Rotili

Roberto Rotili has extensive work experience, primarily at Teradyne. Roberto started working at Teradyne in 2005 as a Senior Application Engineer and later held roles such as Engineering Manager and Account Marketing & Sales Manager. At Teradyne, they also worked as a Senior Director of Sales, where they led a sales team that achieved a significant increase in sales. In 2021, Roberto became the Senior Director of Marketing and General Manager, responsible for the Complex Semiconductor Test Business with over $1B in revenue. Roberto led a team of marketing and segment managers for various areas, including Wireless, Compute, and Image Sensors. Apart from Teradyne, they briefly worked as a Business Development Consultant at MGMT*LA and as the Marketing Director at the California Clean Innovation (CACI) Conference. Prior to their career at Teradyne, Roberto was self-employed as an Owner & Engineer and had co-founded Sigma Power Incorporated.

Roberto Rotili obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in 2002. Roberto then pursued a Masters of Engineering degree in the same field at McGill University from 2002 to 2004. In 2010, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they completed their MBA in Strategic Management in 2013. Roberto also participated in an MBA Exchange Program at HEC Paris in 2012.
