Nimrod Erez

Nimrod Erez has extensive work experience in various companies. Nimrod is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Terafence, a position they have held since 2019. Before that, they worked at Caesarstone Ltd. as a Research Development Product Manager from September 2015 to August 2019, where they focused on turning customer needs and market trends into R&D projects and solutions. Prior to that, they were the Process Engineer Manager and Head Technologist at Caesarstone Ltd. from December 2012 to September 2015, where they coordinated manufacturing production and led the engineering team. Additionally, they served as the Etch equipment engineering section head at TowerJazz from 2010 to 2012, where they planned and directed activities to meet schedules and standards. Nimrod began their career at Intel Corporation in 2006 as a Mechanical Engineer, where they were responsible for area tool ownership and process transfer.

Nimrod Erez has a diverse education history. Nimrod obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A) Executive Program at the University of Haifa from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Nimrod Erez completed a certificate program at Columbia Business School in 2017, focusing on Product Development Using Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT).

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Cyber Security Delegate certification from the Manufacturing Association of Israel in November 2021. Furthermore, Nimrod Erez holds a certificate in "עמידה בתנאי סייבר לקבלת היתר רעלים" (Standing under cyber conditions to obtain poison permits) from the Ministry of Defense of Israel and the Homeland Security and Defense Authority, obtained in August 2020.
