Diana Small has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Diana started their career in 2001 as a Market Research Data Organizer/Coder at Camelford Graham Research Group, where they organized and coded customer feedback data. Diana then worked at Wallace Wireless as a Marketing professional, analyzing markets and implementing marketing plans.

In 2007, Diana joined Bell Mobility as a Corporate Marketing and Vertical Marketing Manager, where they created and executed marketing plans to generate leads and combat competition. Diana also developed processes for collecting and sharing government-client business intelligence with sales teams.

In 2009, Diana worked as a B2B seminar speaker at the Canadian Marketing Association. Diana then joined TeraGo as a Product Manager, Manager of Customer Lifecycle, and Manager of Carrier Relations. In these roles, they launched retention communication programs, negotiated contracts, and developed automated processes for improving efficiency.

Currently, at TERAGO, Diana serves as the Director of Carrier Relations, System Automation & Pricing.

Diana Small obtained an Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in 2018. Before that, they earned a BSc degree in Psychology and Semiotics from the University of Toronto - Innis College in the years 2000-2004. In 2007, Diana also completed a certificate program in Pragmatic Product Management. Additionally, there is no available information regarding their education at Humber College.
