Bilal Khaddaj

Bilal Khaddaj has over 10 years of professional experience. In 2018, they became the Head of Product at Teraki GmbH. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager for Urban Mobility at HERE Technologies from 2014 to 2018. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Nokia as a Product Owner for Transit Data Pipeline and Quality Assurance Engineer. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Research Assistant at Siemens, researching and developing indoor navigation using WiFi positioning, simulating accuracy of different machine learning models, and patenting a new technique. In 2007, they completed a Master Thesis at Qimonda. Finally, in 2005, they worked as a Research Assistant at BMW.

Bilal Khaddaj completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut between 2001 and 2005. Bilal then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Communication Electronics at the Technical University of Munich from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2012, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the International Institute for Learning. In 2014, they received a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in 2018, they were certified as a Software Product Manager from ISPMA e.V.
