Jonas Karlsson

Head of Customer Solutions at Teralytics

Jonas Karlsson has a wealth of work experience in various fields. Jonas began their career in 2004 as a self-employed tech support and design consultant. In 2007, they joined TechTeam Global as a Support Specialist providing first line support via telephone and email to SEB employees worldwide. In 2008, they worked as an Operational Excellence consultant at SEB. In 2009, they had two internships, one at Dresdner Bank as a Corporate Banking Intern and one at SEB for their Master's thesis. In 2010, they joined Bombardier Transportation as a Project Manager and held various roles until 2018, when they joined Büchler Group as a Senior Project Manager. Since 2020, they have been with Teralytics as Head of Customer Solutions and Solution Consultant EMEA.

Jonas Karlsson obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Luleå University of Technology between 2005 and 2010. During this time, they also took a course in Quality and Logistics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2007. In 2010, they were awarded a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Luleå University of Technology Division of Quality & Environmental Management. In 2020, they were awarded a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
