Rossana Cantù

Rossana Cantù has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rossana started their career at Google in 2016 as part of the Google Online Marketing Program. Rossana then worked at the SFMOMA San Francisco Museum of Modern Art as a Trainee & Fellow in the Web + Digital Platform division. In 2018, they served as a Digital Project Manager Consultant at Agilearn Corporation and later became an Event Coordinator at DIGITAL LEADERS.

In 2019, Rossana worked as an Independent Consultant and Event Manager at Web3 Foundation, where they organized team retreats, coordinated speaker engagements, and managed virtual and offline events. Rossana also contributed to the planning of the 2020 Web3 Summit.

From 2020 to 2021, Rossana was an Entrepreneur in Residence at UNUmondo, where they co-managed a language learning & mindset coaching startup and supported coaches trainings and operations.

In 2021, Rossana founded One Rising Soul, a company that provides coaching, yoga, meditation, and mental health programs for companies.

In 2021, they joined Acala as a Growth & People Engagement specialist, where they managed events, community engagement activities, talent engagement, company culture, goal settings, feedback reviews, and the roll-out of the new internal Employee Hub.

Rossana's most recent position is at Teralytics, where they serve as an HR Manager, responsible for managing the entire Employee Life-Cycle, HR reporting, and people and office administration. Rossana also coordinates payroll for multiple countries.

In addition to their work experience, Rossana is also a Co-Founder of Elevate Studio, a yoga studio in Zurich that offers a variety of classes following the Neo Kundalini Yoga wisdom.

Rossana Cantù has a diverse education history. Rossana obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political and Social Sciences - International Relations from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Affairs - Global and Regional Economic Integration from Geneva Graduate Institute from 2014 to 2016.

In 2015 and 2016, Rossana Cantù also completed an exchange semester at the University of St.Gallen, focusing on Business Intelligence, Enterprise applications of Text Intelligence, and Business Model Innovation.

In addition to their formal education, Rossana Cantù obtained several certifications. These include certifications in various courses and programs offered by O&O Academy, such as the "Happy Hearts Fest" Volunteering Project, "World Youth Change Maker" Meditation Teacher Training, "Field of Abundance" Course, "Being Limitless" Course, "Ekam Enlightenment Festival" Certificate, "Ekam World Peace Festival" Course, and "World Youth Change Maker Level 1" Meditation Teacher Training. Rossana also completed the "Unleash the Power Within" program by Anthony Robbins, the "Bootcamp Prep: Introduction to Coding in JavaScript" course by First Step Coding, and obtained the FCE certification from Cambridge Exam and an IELTS score of 7.5 from the British Council.
