Gabriel Alungulesei

Gabriel Alungulesei has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Gabriel started their career as a Sales Representative at MARKETING INTERNATIONAL in 2013 and worked there until 2016. Gabriel then joined Adecco as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on both recruitment and business development. In 2019, they worked at Concord Service Center Romania as a Recruitment and HRBP, where their responsibilities included coordinating the entire recruitment process and implementing HR initiatives. Gabriel also worked as an EMEA IT Recruiter - Talent Acquisitions at GoDaddy from 2019 to 2021. At ThoughtWorks, they served as an IT Recruiter & Recruitment Process Lead, handling the full cycle of IT recruitment. Most recently, Gabriel worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for writing job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and conducting interviews. Currently, they work as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, providing freelance recruitment services to different companies.

Gabriel Alungulesei obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Licentiate degree in History from the Universitatea "Ștefan cel Mare" din Suceava from 2011 to 2014. Gabriel attended Liceul Dimitrie Cantemir - Darabani from 2007 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.

In addition to their educational background, Gabriel Alungulesei also obtained a certification in SHL - Competency Based Interview from CEB, now Gartner, in January 2018.
