Laura Kemp

Laura Kemp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations, client service delivery, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Effectiveness at Teranet Inc. since October 2020, Laura has previously held key roles at RPM Technologies, including Lead of Client Service Delivery, where responsibilities involved managing service requests and release coordination. Additional experience includes serving as Program Manager & Head Instructor at East West Karate & Fitness Centre and engaging in research roles at Roche and William Osler Health System. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Project Management certificate from Ryerson University.
