Michelle di Donato

Michelle Di Donato is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Strategies at Teranet Inc. since September 2018, Michelle has played a pivotal role in integrating a newly acquired subsidiary, Collateral Management Solutions, which significantly increased the company's workforce. Prior to Teranet, Michelle held the position of Talent & Culture Manager at Splend and worked at HighJump as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included managing the employee lifecycle and benefits administration for over 400 employees. Michelle began her HR career as a Human Resources Assistant at Accellos. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic.
