Jianzhong Zhang

Jianzhong Zhang is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development for imaging and communication systems. Currently at TeraRecon, Inc. since July 2016, Jianzhong previously held similar positions at Trellis Bioscience until July 2016, where Jianzhong contributed to advanced microscopy control software for antibody research, and at Arista Networks, developing optical component design software for fiber optics communication. Prior roles include work as a Senior Engineer at 3DMetrics on 3D camera software using Visual C++ and OpenGL, and research positions at Pennsylvania State University and Hong Kong Polytechnic, focusing on photorefractive effects, sensors, and electronic speckle pattern interferometry. Jianzhong Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nankai University.
