Christian Dole's work experience begins in 2001 when they worked as a Senior Technician at Medical Digital Photography. In this role, they were responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining IBM PC computers to run specialized video capture software. Christian also tested the software for bugs, provided technical support to physicians and nurses, and educated them on the use of the software.
In 2003, Christian joined Terason as a Technical Support Manager, where they managed a technical support team. Christian'sresponsibilities included supporting high priority and escalated customer issues over the phone and by email, providing software updates, and troubleshooting remotely by logging into customer units. Christian also worked with various electronic medical record systems and was responsible for working with Teratech ultrasound hardware/software.
In October 2018, Christian was promoted to the role of Head of Technical Support at Terason, where they continue to lead the technical support team.
Christian Dole attended Boston University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
