Product Lead, Heavy Duty Charging at TeraWatt Infrastructure

Emilia Sibley's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Emilia is currently working at TeraWatt Infrastructure as the Product Lead for Heavy Duty Charging. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at TeraWatt Infrastructure.

From 2019 to 2021, Emilia worked at Fair.com as the VP of Commercial. At Chanje, they were the Director and was responsible for securing a $30M agreement with FedEx for electric charging infrastructure deployment. Emilia managed the relationship with FedEx and oversaw the infrastructure rollout.

Before their roles at Fair.com and Chanje, Emilia worked as an Investment Consultant for a period of four months in 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company from 2014 to 2017 and as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company in 2013.

Emilia also has experience as a Solar Finance Analyst at SoCore Energy in 2012. Emilia worked as a Senior Project Coordinator at Portland Energy Conservation, Inc. (PECI) from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Emilia co-founded Renewable Homes, LLC in 2008, where they served as a Home Developer and successfully sold an experimental low-energy home.

Emilia began their career as a Social Investment Analyst at KLD Research & Analytics (acquired by MSCI) in 2006.

Emilia Sibley has a diverse educational background. Emilia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies at Middlebury College from 2002 to 2006. In 2004 to 2005, they also attended the University of Buenos Aires, although specific details regarding their degree or field of study are not provided. Emilia further pursued their education at the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Systems from the School for Environment and Sustainability, from 2011 to 2014. During the same period, they also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
