Kevin Flemming

Kevin Flemming is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Real Estate Acquisitions Lead at Terawatt since July 2025, Kevin previously held the position of Acquisitions Manager for the West Coast Region at Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate from July 2022 to July 2025. Prior to that role, Kevin was the Director of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2018 to July 2022 and worked as a Financial Analyst at Savills for a year. Earlier experience includes a role as a Development Associate at Skanska and an Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Miami, along with a foundational education from Blair Academy.
