Mike Englhard

Mike Englhard has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, and property operations. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at TeraWatt Infrastructure, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, Mike founded Pacific Peak Real Estate Services in November 2022, providing a full suite of real estate development and construction management services. From 2020 to 2022, they served as COO at MIG Real Estate, leading property operations, development, and construction business units. Mike also has experience as a Senior Vice President at Aimco, overseeing redevelopment construction projects and supporting the acquisition team. Mike served as Vice President at Oltmans Construction Co., managing the company's solar installation and development business. Mike also worked as a Senior Vice President at ProLogis, where they oversaw development services and managed mixed-use and rooftop solar projects. Mike started their career as a Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation. Mike's expertise lies in leadership, strategic guidance, project management, talent evaluation, and implementing emerging technologies in the real estate industry.
