Nora Fergany

Nora Fergany's work experience begins with their current role as an Internal Applications Software Engineer at TeraWatt Infrastructure, starting in 2023.

Before that, they worked at Carnegie Mellon University from 2018 to 2023. Nora started as an Associate Web Developer, collaborating on web applications and supporting the university's online presence. Nora then moved on to become a Systems Analyst, where they worked with business partners to identify technical issues and implement solutions. Nora also saved the department money through proposing a web search solution and provided technical support while developing and testing software features and bug fixes. Nora Fergany's last role at Carnegie Mellon University was as a Web Developer, where they served as a Tech Lead for multiple web applications, built a self-service application that automated tasks, and participated in accessibility evaluations.

Prior to their time at Carnegie Mellon University, they worked as a Client Value Pricing Analyst at Reed Smith LLP from July 2017 to February 2018.

Nora Fergany completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a focus on Public and Professional Writing, from the University of Pittsburgh. Nora attended the university from 2012 to 2017. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at Carnegie Mellon University as a non-degree student, specializing in Mathematics, from 2018 to 2019.
