Louis Chihara

Louis Chihara has a diverse work experience. Louis began their career in 2009 as an intern at the Numerical Analysis Group (NAG) of JAXA. In 2013, they took a gap year and worked as a freelancer. That same year, they joined Toshiba as a Nuclear Engineer, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined FieldCore as an Outage Manager (CLP rotation 4). In 2018, they joined GE Power as a Sales Manager and was part of the Commercial Leadership Program (class of 2018). Louis held three rotations in this role, including Commercial Manager for Gas Turbine services, Application and Performance Engineer, and APAC Sales & Commercial Manager. Louis is currently working as a Business Development Manager at TeraWatt Technology Inc. since 2022.

Louis Chihara obtained a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from The University of Tokyo in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc Engineering (French National diploma) in Aeronautical and Space engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO in 2012.
