Eng. Mathieu Faucher M.a.sc.

Mathieu Faucher, Eng., M.A.Sc. is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in integrated photonic systems and optical signal processing. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at TeraXion since July 2022, Mathieu previously held the position of Senior Manager for R&D at EXFO from December 2019 to July 2022. Earlier roles at TeraXion included Product & Technology Development Manager and Laser Technology Manager between July 2012 and December 2019. Mathieu's career began at ITF Labs, where responsibilities included Director of R&D for the lasers and fused components division from May 1999 to June 2012, as well as various engineering roles at ITF Optical Technologies. Mathieu holds a Master’s degree in Physics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering, both from Polytechnique Montréal.
