Yves Timmermans

Yves Timmermans has extensive experience in system and software engineering, currently serving as General Manager of Tractor Automation at Terberg Special Vehicles since January 2013. In this role, Yves manages multidisciplinary teams consisting of system and software engineers, scientific software engineers, software testers, electrical design engineers, and safety engineers, overseeing projects related to machinery safety, vehicle automation, and electric vehicles. Previous positions include roles at Terberg such as Team Leader and Application Engineer, as well as a Resident Engineer at DAF Trucks where development of body controller and instrument cluster software was a focus. Yves's early career includes roles in automotive software and embedded hardware during internships and graduate work at Logena Automotive BV. Yves holds an educational background in HTS-Autotechniek.
