Cynthia Garland-Dore is an experienced educator and consultant specializing in K-5 mathematics. Since January 1979, Cynthia has operated as an Independent K-5 Math Consultant, providing tailored services to enhance mathematics education. In addition, Cynthia has been with TERC since 1995, holding the positions of Workshop Leader and Senior Research Associate for the Investigations in Number, Data and Space program, where responsibilities include developing and facilitating workshops and courses aimed at improving instructional practices in mathematics.
