Jim Ferrara

Jim Ferrara is an experienced IT leader with a strong track record in technology operations and vendor management. At Terex Corporation from December 2017 to April 2023, Jim held the position of IT Senior Director, overseeing the global IT budget and developing procurement strategies while managing vendor relationships. Previously, Jim served as IT Director of Operations and Category Management, managing an annual IT budget exceeding $80 million, and as IT Business Engagement Leader, where Jim led the global implementation of Salesforce for Pipeline Management. Prior to Terex, Jim was the Principal Consultant at Brick Hill Business Consulting LLC and held multiple leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, including Sr. Director North American Supplies Business Planning and Senior Director Business Integration and Operations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Iona University.
