Stephen Kluback has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stephen began their career as an intern at the New York Daily News in 1997. Stephen then interned at Funkmaster Flex - Big Dawg Entertainment from 1997 to 1999. In 2001, Stephen worked as a Summer Analyst at ThePit.com/The Topps Company, Inc. Stephen joined Beckett Media in 1997 as a New York Regional Correspondent until 2002.

In 2008, Stephen became the Online Development Lead at Dime Magazine, where they led the digital team to achieve significant growth in web traffic and engagement.

Stephen founded Shoe York in 2004 and served as its Founder until 2017. During their time there, they contributed to the growth and success of the company.

Since 2012, Stephen has been with Terez, holding multiple roles. Stephen began as an eCommerce Manager and Digital Manager until 2016. Stephen then became the Head of Business Intelligence from 2022.
