John Dixon

John Dixon has a diverse work history in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a Manufacturing Associate II at Biolex Therapeutics in 2005. John then worked at Diosynth Biotechnology as a Lead Production Tech II before joining Valeant Pharmaceutical - Dendreon as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where they were involved in start-up operations and process improvement. John later became a Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor at KBI Biopharma before transitioning to Novo Nordisk, where they served as a Shift Manager Operations, overseeing recruitment, training, and the commissioning and qualification of equipment. John then joined Merck as an Interim Associate Director, responsible for hiring new associates and managing operations. After that, John worked at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies as a Sr. Manager Manufacturing Support, focusing on employee development and communication.
