Revital (Jerby) Barklis

Revital (Jerby) Barklis has worked for three companies over the past 16 years. In 2022, they began working for Teridion as a Product Owner. From 2014 to 2022, they worked for Elbit Systems Ltd as a Product Owner and System Engineer- Autonomous Systems and a Product Owner and System Engineer- UAV Electro-Optic Unit Ground Array. In their roles, they designed a large-scale autonomous system composed of IoT devices, platform management, communication modules and command & control work station, and designed a data distribution architecture using DDS (Data Distribution Service). Revital also led multi-disciplinary agile development teams of both engineers and algorithms, wrote product specifications documents (FRS, IRS), prepared development and customer design reviews (DRs) and led technical customer meetings. From 2006 to 2014, they worked for IDF as the Head of Communication System Engineers Section, where they led a technical team of engineers to provide communication solutions to multi-disciplinary projects in the fields of communication, signals intelligence and IP. Revital wrote product spec and SOW documents for sub-constructors according to customer requirements, system design, combining cybersecurity and encryption modules. Revital also served as a Project Officer- System Engineer and a Field Officer.

Revital (Jerby) Barklis has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, obtained in 2005. Revital also holds a Diploma of Education in Front End Development from Appleseeds | עמודה תפוח, obtained in 2021.
