Jean James

Jean has a BS degree in Special Education and has been working with individuals with disabilities since 1977. She worked with TERI, Inc for 25 years in various positions, the last position was Residential Director of TERI ICF-group homes.

She currently works for Fedcap-MVLE in Springfield, VA, working as a program manager for rehabilitation programs and Director of Respite for the ARC of Richmond, which also provided services to individuals with various disabilities. She is an advocate, compassionate, and committed professional to the individuals served and strives to increase the quality of service to all.
