Gaspar demonstrated strong management and analytical skills as General Manager at Treasury Wine Estates, leading significant projects such as a $5M winery retrofit, and as Director of Winemaking Operations at Diageo, where management included overseeing a team of winemakers and negotiating labor agreements. With a Master of Science in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Agriculture Operations from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Gaspar combines academic excellence with practical expertise in winery operations.
