Morten Schousen

Director, Business Development, Terma Accelerator & AI at Terma

Morten Schousen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Morten started their career at Kosan Crisplant A/S as an Assistant to the VP of Finance, where they managed foreign currency exposure, liquidity budget, and suggested strategies in relation to foreign capital. Morten then worked as an Independent System Consultant at IQSystems, where they provided consulting services for IBM's Banking Solution Centre, Jyske Bank's arbitrage department, and Kosan Crisplant's LPG division. Next, they joined Systematic as a Support Consultant, responsible for handling customer inquiries and programming extensions to their Iris messenger product.

Moving forward, Schousen transitioned to CCI Europe A/S, where they held various roles including Sales Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager - Asia/Pacific, and Business Development Director - Asia/Pacific. Morten was involved in sales, account management, and business development activities in the Asia/Pacific region. Subsequently, they joined CCI Japan Ltd. as President, implementing sales strategy and managing CCI's brand in the Japanese publishing industry through their business partner, Nihon Unisys.

In 2018, Schousen joined Sky-Watch A/S as the Chief Sales Officer, leading the sales department. Currently, they are associated with TERMA Group, where they have held multiple roles over the years. Morten started as the Director of Airborne Sales in 2011 and then served as the Business Development Director - Asia-Pacific. Presently, they are the Director of Business Development for Terma Accelerator & AI.

Throughout their career, Morten Schousen has gained extensive experience in business development, sales, and strategic management, particularly in the aerospace and defense industry.

Morten Schousen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Aarhus University between 1984 and 1989.
