Tobias Lehmann

Tobias Lehmann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at TERMA Group, starting in 2016. Tobias held various positions within the company, including Vice President, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality Management, and Senior Director, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain & Quality Management. In these roles, they were responsible for sourcing, procurement, warehouse, shipping, and supplier quality for multiple production sites, with a spend of approximately 1 billion DKK.

Prior to that, Tobias worked at Caljan Rite-Hite as a Purchaser from 2014 to 2016. Tobias was responsible for the mechanical purchase category and participated in IT projects involving planning and purchasing. Tobias also implemented performance dashboards.

Before their role at Caljan Rite-Hite, Tobias worked at Dansk Supermarked Group as a Purchasing & Marketing Coordinator for fruit and vegetables from 2012 to 2014. Tobias also held sales positions at Elgiganten in 2012 and 2010.

Overall, Tobias has extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, and team leadership.

Tobias Lehmann earned their MSc in Logistics & SCM from Aarhus University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in HA (int) from Aarhus University from 2007 to 2010. Tobias also studied at Viborg Erhvervs Akademi from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a HH degree. Tobias started their educational journey at Herning Tekniske Skole, where they completed their HTX degree from 2001 to 2004.
