Ansel Hendrawan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Chef at Terminal City Club since December 2018, Ansel is responsible for creating seasonal menus, customizing offerings for special events, and developing standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency. Prior roles include Sous Chef and Bespoke Chef, specializing in crafting and executing bespoke multi-course menus for private dining. Ansel's career began at Fairmont Waterfront, where responsibilities included the role of Chef De Partie. Ansel holds a Red Seal Certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Vancouver Community College and a Culinary Arts Diploma from The Art Institutes of Vancouver.
