Elisa Fabiano is an experienced catering and event management professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Catering Manager at Terminal City Club since January 2025, Elisa previously held the position of Event Manager at Il Centro Italian Cultural Centre from July 2021 to December 2024. Prior to that, Elisa worked as the Conference Services Manager at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited between January 2016 and April 2019, and as a Catering Sales and Events Specialist at Louis Gervais Fine Foods from April 2013 to November 2015. Elisa began their career as an Event Planner at Vancouver Aquarium from February 2009 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a degree in Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed in 2000, along with additional studies at Vancouver Community College in 2008.
