Natalia Villalba Gonzalez is currently working as the Senior Manager Legal - M&A and Projects - Head of LATAM at Terminal Investment Limited. Prior to this, Natalia held positions at Baker McKenzie as a Senior Associate and at Brigard Urrutia as an Associate in the M&A Team. Natalia also has experience as the General Counsel and Associate Researcher at Consejo Privado de Competitividad. Natalia holds a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law from Universidad de Los Andes. Additionally, Natalia has a background in Anthropology and Literature.
