Jose Serrano

Jose Serrano has extensive experience in security and operations management. Jose worked as a Branch Manager at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. from April 2016 to March 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager at McRoberts Protective Agency, Inc. for nearly 18 years, from November 1998 to April 2016. In 2018, they founded their own company, Serrano Group, LLC, where they held the position of Director. Jose also held the role of Director of Operations at Terminal Security Solutions, Inc. starting in April 2019.

Jose Serrano received an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they obtained certifications in FSO - Facility Security Officer training per 33CFR 105.205 in March 2015, and as a Private Investigator from the Puerto Rico Police Department in December 2009.
