Ana Luisa Rivera Aguilar

Ana Luisa Rivera Aguilar has worked in various roles since 2004. Ana Luisa began their career at Ernst & Young as an IMSS TAX ADVISOR in 2004. In 2006, they joined Grupo Siesa as a People Operations Generalist - Payroll. Ana Luisa then moved to HSBC in 2008, where they worked as an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AND SERVICES. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for both Call Center Services International and Chiyoda Integre Of America (SD), Inc., where they also held the role of Payroll Supervisor and Training Supervisor. Since 2016, they have been working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Parker Hannifin, and they are currently a People Operations Generalist - Latam at Terminal, a position they have held since 2022.

Ana Luisa Rivera Aguilar attended Instituto Tecnológico de Tijuana from 2001 to 2006 and earned a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, they completed a Diplomado en Recursos Humanos at CETYS Universidad. Ana Luisa is currently enrolled at CETYS Universidad and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
